I purchased the Reverie Hobo bag. While the bag had a nice design, the material felt like cheap plastic. I requested a refund and after multiple email attempts, I haven’t gotten a response or my money back even though I returned the bag weeks ago. RUN from this brand and DON’T WASTE your money.

Nice looks great quality. Very soft material, easy to adjust the belt! Fit my MacBook (13’3) but needs some skills to put it in and out. Overly good product. Customer service is hard to get tho. Have to email them and normally get back after 2 days.
