How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs differ based on the destination of your order:
· United States (except Alaska & Hawaii): free shipping for all orders above $180 USD; flat rate of $25 USD for orders below $180 USD.
· Alaska, Hawaii & US APO/FPO addresses: flat rate of $35 USD.
· Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, & the Philippines: free shipping for all orders above $180 USD; flat rate of $25 USD for orders below $180 USD.
· Australia & New Zealand: flat rate of $40 USD.
· Other countries and regions: flat rate of $35 USD for any order.
When will I know if my order is shipped after placing an order?
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with information to track your order.
What are your return and exchange policies?
Your satisfaction means the world to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply send a request to hello@oleadanyc.com within 14 days of delivery. Remember to mention your order number in the email title and our team will help you as soon as we can.
Please note the items should be returned in perfect condition with all tags attached in their original packaging.
Sale and personalized orders are final and not eligible for return.
What is your return shipping policy?
The cost of return shipping varies based on your location. Any return shipping fee will be deducted directly from your refund.
United States (except Alaska & Hawaii): free return.
Alaska & Hawaii: flat rate of $30 USD.
Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, & the Phillippines: free return.
Other countries and regions: Return shipping fee will be the customer's responsibility. We recommend you to use a tracking service.
