Shipping costs differ based on the destination of your order:

• United States (except Alaska & Hawaii): free shipping for all orders above $145 USD; flat rate of $25 USD for orders below $145 USD.
• Alaska, Hawaii & US APO/FPO addresses: flat rate of $35 USD.
• Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, China, & the Philippines: free shipping for all orders above $145 USD; flat rate of $25 USD for orders below $145 USD.
• Australia & New Zealand: flat rate of $45 USD.
• Other countries and regions: flat rate of $40 USD for any order. 

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with information to track your order.

• Your satisfaction means the world to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply request a return within 30 days of delivery via our return portal or by emailing hello@oleadanyc.com (don’t forget to include your order number in the subject line!).
• Please note that items are only eligible for return if they are returned in their original, unused condition with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
• All returned items will be examined upon receipt. Reimbursement for returns will be based on the condition of the item. For a more detailed reimbursement policy, please find instructions here.
• Items discounted 40% or more, items marked as clearance or final sale, and personalized orders are final and not eligible for return.
• Only goods received in perfect condition are eligible for exchange. If an item is received in less than perfect condition, it will be processed as a return and a refund will be issued in accordance with the reimbursement terms set forth above.

Return shipping fees vary based on your location. Any return shipping fee will be deducted directly from your refund.

• United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii): free return. A prepaid return label will be provided through our return portal.
• Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, & the Philippines: free return. A prepaid return label will be provided through our return portal.
• Most other countries and regions (including Alaska & Hawaii): return fee will be your responsibility and will vary based on your location. A prepaid return label will be provided through our return portal. Any return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Middle East (including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait): prepaid return labels are currently unavailable, and return shipments will need to be arranged at your own cost. Please contact our customer service team for the return address and further instructions at hello@oleadanyc.com.

For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply upon arrival in your country. Please note that customs duties and taxes are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to cover or refund these fees. Our website is hosted abroad. As a result, depending on your credit card company’s policies, your purchase may be classified as an international transaction and incur additional fees. These fees are determined by each credit card company and are beyond our control.
