Digital Marketing Intern
New York City · Paid Internship · $20–$22/hour
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who’s curious, organized, comfortable with data and very comfortable with AI.
This isn’t an internship where you sit quietly in meetings and take notes.
You’ll publish things. Test things. Repurpose things. Look at numbers. Try new tools. Fix messy systems.
Basically, you’ll learn marketing by actually doing it.
What you’ll do
- Help distribute content across social, email, website and paid channels
- Turn strong content into different formats, edits, captions and creative variations
- Use AI for research, copy, repurposing, analysis and repetitive workflows
- Support content publishing and quality checks
- Help with Pinterest, campaign links and other digital touchpoints
- Track content and campaign performance
- Organize winning creative and help us spot patterns
- Keep content calendars, UGC libraries, creative trackers and digital assets clean
- Help test hooks, formats and creative variations
- Create simple graphics and lightweight video edits when needed
- Catch broken links, wrong products, missing files and weird-looking posts before customers do
- Try new AI and marketing tools and tell us which ones are actually useful
You’re a current student, recent grad or early in your career.
You’re genuinely curious about digital marketing.
You use Instagram and TikTok enough to understand how people behave there.
You’re comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers.
You like organizing messy information.
You learn new tools quickly.
There has to be a smarter way to do this.
We don’t expect you to know everything already.
We do expect you to figure things out.
-
- Canva, Figma, Photoshop or CapCut
- Shopify
- Klaviyo
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
- Fashion, lifestyle or consumer-brand experience
How we work with AI
We expect you to use AI.
If AI can turn a three-hour task into 30 minutes, please do that.
But copying and pasting an answer you don’t understand isn’t a skill.
What matters is knowing what to ask, checking the answer, improving it and knowing when it’s wrong.
We’re looking for someone who gets better because they know how to use AI.
If you don’t want AI to be part of your everyday work, this isn’t the internship for you.
