Return Policy
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery via our return portal or by emailing hello@oleadanyc.com (don’t forget to include your order number in the subject line!).
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- in their original, unused condition;
- with all original tags attached; and
- in their original packaging
Final Sale Items
Items discounted 40% or more, items marked as final sale/clearance, and personalized orders are final and not eligible for return.
