As we approach the end of the year, I wanted to write to you personally.

OLEADA has always been about designing with intention, not only in what we create, but in how we work and how we care for the people behind the brand. Allowing our team to take a breath is part of that philosophy.

From December 23 through December 29, we’ll be entering a deliberate slow period so everyone can rest, reset, and return ready for the new year.

Here’s what that means, clearly and simply:

December 24 – December 28
No shipments will be sent, and our customer service team will be offline so they can take a well-deserved breath.

December 29
Shipping and customer service will gradually resume.

To thank you for supporting a brand that chooses people over speed, every order placed between December 23 and December 29 will include a surprise gift card in your package, randomly valued at $100, $200, or $500 USD.
